Every one of the eighteen offers excludes Washington, Nevada, Idaho and California.
Washington, Nevada and Idaho have been off the map for years. California was added to those exclusion lists in January 2026, and every operator updated its terms rather than argue the point. If you live in any other state, you can open an account and claim.
What Makes Those Four Different
Washington runs the strictest online gaming statutes in the country. Nevada protects its licensed casino industry. Idaho rules the model out entirely. California is the recent change and the one most people have not caught up with.
Age Requirements
Most offers set 18 as the floor, a few require 21, and in some states 21 applies regardless of what the operator says. The age clause sits near the top of the terms.
