If an offer credited less than we said, an expiry window caught you out, or a clause has been amended since we read it, tell us and we will re-check that page within a few days.
What We Cannot Do
We do not run any casino and cannot access your account, release a held withdrawal or overturn a verification decision. Those all have to go through the operator.
What we can do is note the pattern. If a site repeatedly fails to honour its own terms, that goes on its review page and pulls its grade down.
